How This Works

📹 Press Begin Recording — your first question appears immediately. Recording starts the moment you begin speaking, so take a breath and read the question first.
⏱️ Aim for about a minute per answer — most complete interviews run 3–5 minutes total.
➡️ Answer each question, then press Next Question → to continue.
✅ On the final question, press Finish Recording to save.
🎙️ Speak naturally in your own words — never read from notes, a script, or another screen.
↩ You may Retake or Start Over at any time — new questions are generated each time.

🎙️ Just Be Yourself — Answer Out Loud

We want to hear you, so this is a live interview. Answer each question out loud in your own words. Our hiring team reviews every recording and can tell when answers are being read from a script or screen — scripted answers come across as unnatural and weaken your application. Relax, speak the way you normally would, and let your real experience come through.
